Ilias has over 10 years of experience in the fields of valuation and strategic property advice. He is a certified practicing valuer under the Australian Property Institute with experience completing valuations on behalf of both public and private sector clients covering areas such as acquisition and disposal, rental determinations, financial reporting, rating and taxing, insurance, and mortgage security. He possesses extensive knowledge within the inner and eastern suburbs of metropolitan Melbourne with respect to residential, commercial and specialised properties.
Additionally, he has both advised and acted on behalf of major corporations, statutory bodies and private clients in relation to portfolio development, transaction management, market analysis and project feasibility studies.
Finally, Ilias has provided tailored property management solutions for both landlords and tenants covering areas such as lease negotiation and structuring, property maintenance, compliance reports as well as day to day management of clients private property portfolios.
